Alright, this is a novelty type listing. Its a legit Lord Elgin from around 1950 with what looks to be a very old hand painted Harley Davidson logo. The caseback inscription says "Love..Alice to Harvey" so I'm going to go ahead and believe that Alice painted this logo and gifted the watch to Harvey before he set on a long journey to Sturgis in the 1950's!
Hinged lugs so it can be worn normally or as a "driver" on the side of the wrist
