Bulova Monopusher "Stopwatch" 1940's Vintage

Very cool and unique watch by Bulova with monopusher chronograph function

c.1940s

10k gold filled with a pinkish tone to it, I really want to call it pink gold filled but I wasn't able to document that online anywhere!
